Executive Assistant
Feelings Work, LCSW, PLLC is hiring an enthusiastic and collaborative team member to assist with administrative tasks, develop marketing materials, manage our website and social media accounts, help our practice grow, and keep us organized. An interest in psychotherapy or working with children is a plus.
This is a part-time, flexible, fee-for-service, remote job of 10-20 hours per week. Pay ranges from $30-$45/hour commensurate with experience.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
Compassionate and empathic customer service skills
No-task-too-small approach
Detail oriented
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential medical information
Experience with social media
Ability to create and distribute marketing materials
Interest in psychotherapy or working with children a plus
Comfort with web site maintenance

Child and Family Psychotherapist
If you are a NY State licensed mental health practitioner (LMSW, LMHC, LCSW) looking for a clinical home where you can develop your business as a child psychotherapist, please contact us for more information about our both our independent contractor positions (LCSW) and our fee-for-service W2 positions (for LMSW, LMHC).
Responsibilities
Provide short term psychotherapy treatment to adults and children aged 5-12 and their caregivers
Maintain a caseload of at least 12 clients
Provide parent and conjoint sessions
Be engaged in the ongoing pursuit of clinical knowledge and psychotherapy skills
Complete clinical documentation
Participate in a collaborative treatment team group one hour/week
(W2 LMSW position) Receive weekly supervision
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience working with children and families preferred
Flexibility to work hours to meet productivity goals and deadlines
Strong teamwork ethic; positive, flexible, able to take complete ownership of responsibilities
Strong desire to increase clinical skills and receive clinical consultation
Must have one of the following degrees and a current NYS license to provide psychotherapy: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC.
