Ally aims to create a therapeutic environment built on trust, collaboration, and genuine connection. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of clinical, school, and social service settings. Ally draws from various approaches, including psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and narrative therapy, and uses these in conjunction with her clients’ personal strengths to support them in identifying their goals and values.

Before becoming a therapist, Ally worked in childcare for ten years supporting new and expecting families. She enjoys working with new parents in navigating the complexities of early parenthood in a supportive and compassionate way.

Ally received her MSW and BSW at Silberman School of Social Work/Hunter College with concentrations in both sexuality and gender and child welfare.
